Tampa Facial Plastic Surgeon Hosts Local Fundraiser to Benefit Breast Cancer Research
Tampa, Fl.-September 30, 2008-Board Certified facial plastic surgeon Michael E. Jasin, MD Hosted a Breast Cancer Fundraiser and raised $9,000 to donate to Breast Cancer Research and Education. The special event was an opportunity for women in the Tampa area "pay it forward" by treating themselves to discounted RADIESSE wrinkle filler while also supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month: all proceeds from treatment will be donated to breast cancer intiatives.
Dr. Jasin donated his time, and BioForm Medical, Inc., the makers of RADIESSE dermal filler, provided free product for the fundraiser.
"Through my work as a cosmetic surgeon, I have the priviledge of helping women look and feel their best from inside out," says Dr. Jasin. "I have also come to appreciate how important it is for women to help one another, especially those affected by breast cancer. I am delighted to partner with BioForm Medical to support this important cause by providing Radiesse filler treatments to patients who can "pay it forward to women in need."
