"Having consulted with another surgeon in the Tampa Bay area a year ago and undergone two non-surgical procedures, I initially hoped for the beginning of results which were not to be...The surgeon is highly touted but didn't put me at ease. Research of other procedures continued, bringing me to you for consultation and appointment for surgery. Thyroid surgery and subsequent issues related to that surgery have contributed especially in the past two years to increasing self-consciousness...Still, apprehension admittedly affected my thoughts prior to your surgical procedure.
As I was being escorted to the room in preparation for surgery, we passed one another in the hallway and my eyes were drawn to the cross you were wearing. Immediately, affirmation was given me that God had brought me to your care. Further, during the surgery, I observed the cross above the door, evoking thoughts of Christ, the Great Physician, his apostle Luke, a human physician, and our Heavenly Father, who works through physicians such as yourself to bring healing, care, and comfort to others.
Following the surgery, Lisa accompanied me downstairs. (I am appreciative of the care of your staff, particularly Lisa and Jamie). Lisa especially has been a blessing to me. We have been able to share several moments of faith with each other, another affirmation of God's care and plan that my surgery would be conducted by you. "From the time I walked through the doors of the Jasin Facial Rejuvenation Institute, I knew I was in the right place. Everyone I met from the first greeting at the front desk through the OR to the Recovery Room made me feel like an honored guest. During my consultation, Dr. Jasin not only explained everything to me including the different options I might choose and the anticipated result of each. His prognoses were clear and realistic. "Having cosmetic surgery for the first time can be frightening. You face a lot of "unknowns". You need to find a doctor who has the expertise, credentials, a knowledgeable and caring staff and also a comfortable environment. A place where all you questions are answered (no matter how trivial they may seem), and your fears are put to ease.
