If you are starting to see signs of aging in your face and neck, you may be considering a facelift. A traditional face lift is a major surgery, carrying significant risks and significant downtime.
In keeping with our philosophy of offering minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Jasin has developed the Simplicity Lift. This is our signature procedure and it takes about one hour, under local anesthesia.

The Procedure
A small incision is made in front of the ear. Fibrous and muscle tissue below the skin is mobilized and freed from its underlying attachments. This allows for better mobilization of the tissues creating a better lift. A special stitch called the “pulley stitch”, developed by Dr. Jasin, lifts and tightens the cheeks, jowls, and neck. Excess skin is removed and the wound is sutured.
Recovery
We call it a “weekend recovery.” Most patients recover in about two to five days as opposed to several weeks required for a traditional facelift. You may experience minimal swelling and bruising. Sutures in front of the ear come out at one week and the ones behind the ear at two weeks post-op.
Dr. Jasin has performed over 2,000 Simplicity Lifts, all with beautiful results. Like a traditional face lift, the Simplicity Lift addresses the lower portion of the face, jawline, and neck but with minimal recovery and much less operative time. The Simplicity List can be performed under local anesthesia increasing safety for the patient.
