Your Skin Care Regimen
Our aesthetician can design the best skin care regimen for your unique needs. A good skin care regimen includes the right cleanser, moisturizer, exfoliants, and sunscreen.
Different types of cleansers are appropriate for dry and oily skin.
Moisturizer is essential for everyone. Although it may seem counter-intuitive, oily skin can sometime be corrected by the proper use of moisturizer. Oily skin can be caused by your body overcompensating for drying conditions.
Exfoliants, such as Retin A and alpha hydroxyl acids, remove dead skin cells which make your skin look dull and clog pores.
Hyper Pigmentation
Bleaching agents, such as hydroquinone or Kojic acid, can gradually reduce or remove brown spots. When combined with peels, Retin A, or Microdermabrasion, these treatments are even more effective.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion and alpha hydroxy peels (glycolic, citric, lactic acids) can be used alone as a boost to your daily skin care regimen, or as monthly treatments after laser skin resurfacing. They help remove layers of dead skin and lift out excess pigment, giving you a more even skin tone, improved skin texture, and radiant youthful skin.
